Andrzej Malinowski has been leading VEON Georgia (brand Beeline) since April 2017.

Andrzej Malinowski was born on June 21, 1968. He is a Polish national, with more than 17 years of work experience within leading FMCG offline retail and e-commerce businesses.

Andrzej Malinowski has an impressive track record of launching, developing and managing e-commerce type businesses all over the world. As a part of these achievements, he has led the processes of implementation and development of start-ups and mobile applications.

Lasha is a visionary Operations Executive experienced in high-volume, multi-unit, retail, and business operations. He is highly skilled at creating strategic alliances with organization leaders to effectively align with and support key business initiatives. Innovative and learning mindset is characteristic to him, as well as delivering out of the box solutions for problems. He also contributes to build and retain high-performance teams by developing and motivating skilled professionals.

Lasha joined “Veon Georgia” in 2011 as a Chief Commercial Officer. At 2018 he became Chief Operating Officer. Before Veon Georgia, he worked at JSC Sarajishvili as Alcohol Manufacturer Commercial Director and at Vellagio L.T.D. (Wissol group) as an Advertising company Business Development Director.

Dito's career began and evolved with the introduction of information technologies in Georgia. He believes that the importance of communications is growing rapidly in the modern world, so taking care of self-development and staying abreast of technological innovations plays a crucial role in telco business.

Dito joined Veon Georgia in 2016 as Head of Information Technology. In 2019 he was appointed as CTIO, Head of IT and Technology Management. One of the milestones of his career is DBSS project that transformed Beeline network into a completely new information system in January 2018.

Before Veon Georgia, he worked for 10 years in Caucasus Online at various positions from software architect to CIO. He also has experience in banking and the public sector.

Irakli joined the company in 2006 with solid experience as an attorney and with the background of a Lawyer in ProCredit bank and Tbilisi City Hall. In Veon Georgia from the position of Chief Lawyer to CLO /GR/Regulatory Irakli gained huge experience as a telecom lawyer. He is responsible for the legal affairs of the company. His role includes providing legal support to the board of directors and other senior management. Irakli possesses strong initiative, as well as excellent management and leadership skills and strong business acumen. His life credo is –Justice. Among his achievements, the one he is mostly proud of is pushing Georgian National Communications Commission to announce LTE auction and wining the litigation case with 4,5 mil GEL value.

Vasil’s scope of activities is very much about running the financial data: trends, decreasing costs, increasing incomes, analyzing actual, forecasting upcoming, and thus, positioning of the business itself.

His mission is: “To make the world a better place”. Well, if one can translate seemingly incomprehensible numbers into a meaningful information, the world can definitely get better in some ways.

Among various job achievements, the ones he is the most proud of are pushing the decision through the HQ to approve the investment of 3G technology rollout in Georgia and creation of flexible consumer credit model for devices. The project brought a meaningful investment to the country, as well as enabled Beeline customers to use new services.

Holding both an MBA and an Executive MS in Communications Management degrees, prior to her tenure at VEON Georgia, Sophie worked at JSC Bank of Georgia as a PR, Internal Comms and CSR Director where she set up internal and external communications, as well as CSR units, ran countrywide popular PR campaigns, supported the development of brand platforms and rebranding exercises.

Ia is on continuous mission to coordinate VEON Georgia’s compliance with all of the company’s ethical and legal standards, such as the Code of Conduct.

With the background of a lawyer and working experience at JSC Basisbank, Ia currently supports employees of VEON Georgia to “do the right thing”.

Ia succeeded in implementing and managing compliance programs, adopting and localizing VEON Group policies and procedures, as well as implementing the monitor’s recommendations.

If you ask Ia to give her job description in a few words, she will say: “There is no great business without transparency and truthfulness. That’s what compliance is all about”.

Marika's career at VEON Georgia (brand Beeline) started in 2007. During her 11 years at the company Marika has been focusing on Customer satisfaction. Today she is Customer Experience Manager, which implies studying the needs and behavior of customers, as well as carrying out relevant research and analysis.

 

The key mission of the CX stream is to build strong relationships with customers based on trust and transparency, and to embed personalized customer experience in operational activities to help create a long-term impact and customer centric culture.
